dirt bathroom, missing amenities

the staff were friendly and helpful.

the bathroom had black mould, and the bedding felt unwashed. we were promised breakfast packs that were never provided.

The service was excellent, no complaint, it was just what we needed. The staff was courteous and very very nice and catered to our every need. We loved the location, which was marvellous close to shopping malls etc

The area was such bad.

We really enjoyed this staying. Huge and newly remodelled room with free Wi-Fi was all we needed. It included great restaurant for breakfast...

Spacious and Comfortable Stay

the staff were incredibly helpful and the complimentary breakfast packs were a nice touch too. the lack of a lift and some noisy neighbors made it difficult to fully enjoy my time. it was a pleasant stay, but improvements in sound insulation would be beneficial.

All in all everything in the hotel was excellent. The room was fantastic and neat for children in the apartment to move around, really enjoyed it. The venue was set in a central area near local shops and restaurants in a culturally interesting part of Melbourne, morning flight the next morning, and Close to town centre. It also was to the Melbourne airport.

Outstanding and beautiful rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware. Location close enough to so easy to reach CBD of Melbourne, and bistro. Also, close to Market...

The staff were friendly, the environment was excellent, and it was conveniently located just 0.5 km from the airport.

The Nightcap At St Albans Hotel offers a clean and welcoming atmosphere with really friendly and excellent staff. Guests can enjoy spacious rooms with comfy beds, as well as delicious food and good service. Its marvellous location in a residential area places it close to a variety of restaurants in a culturally interesting part of Melbourne.

Everything was modern, with great facilities like a refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave in the room. the location was comfortable, and the beds were very clean with a nicely sized bathroom.

Convenient location right on the St Albans train line. We were able to easily walk to a nearby restaurant, Pho Kim Long, in the evening. 🚶

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and the train station, making it easy for us to travel to and from this city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing prompt assistance with all our queries. Our room was well-presented and tidy with clean sheets and a comfortable bed. Parking was easily accessible from our room, and we loved the private entrance from the car park.
